IT&E uncovers email scam

HARMON, Guam — IT&E has discovered that an unknown third party is posing as our organization and sending fraudulent offers to our customers. The fraudulent email tells customers they were randomly selected to receive a free iPhone X and that they must complete an online survey to redeem the device.

This message and survey were not sent or approved by IT&E. There is no existing offer that coincides with the content of the email.

To protect their customers, IT&E does not recommend clicking on the link, taking the survey or responding to the email.
