IT&E today announced the launch of managed WiFi services. IT&E completed its most recent installation the week of January 14 and offers managed WiFi services to three hotels in Guam and the CNMI - Guam Plaza Resort & Spa, Kanoa Resort Saipan, and Aqua Resort Club Saipan.

Experts in the telecommunications industry in the region have taken notice of IT&E’s WiFi deployment in Guam and the CNMI. Mark Badal, IT&E’s CIO, was invited to speak at the Wireless Broadband Alliance Asia Telecom Summit on January 29 in Hong Kong.
The Wireless Broadband Alliance is an industry association formed to promote collaboration between operators in the WiFi industry. The Alliance is made up of operators and technology providers, including AT&T, SK Telecom, Cisco, China Telecom, ComCast, Intel, TMobile, Google, Nokia, Microsoft, Panasonic, Huawei, and more.
