IT&E Guam stores to reopen on Monday

IT&E stores in Micronesia Mall and GPO will reopen on Monday, May 11, 2020 to serve customers. Measures have been put in place to ensure the health and safety of customers and IT&E associates.

Plexiglass shields are installed at registers and customer service desks. All customers are required to wear a mask to enter any IT&E store and follow social distancing guidelines. IT&E associates will also wear masks and have been directed to sanitize workstations and wash hands frequently.

Bill payments, purchases and inquiries can be made online at store.ite.net/onlinebilling. Customers may also call the 24/7 IT&E Customer Care Center at (671) 922-4483 [GUAM] / (670) 682-4483 [CNMI].

IT&E Guam’s store hours of operation and safety information are as follows:

Harmon

• Store hours:

9 AM to 10 AM (Manamko’ hour) Monday to Friday

  10 AM to 5 PM (Regular hours) Monday to Friday

• Services: Technical support, payments, renewals, new activations, prepaid purchases, accessory purchases and billing and account inquiries and disputes.

• A maximum of 10 customers at a time are allowed in the store

• Customers must wear a face mask

GPO

• Store hours: 11 AM to 7 PM, Sunday to Saturday

• Services: Payments, renewals, new activations, prepaid purchases and accessory purchases (for technical support and all other services, please visit our Harmon store)

• A maximum of 3 customers at a time are allowed at the counter 

• Customers must wear a face mask

Micronesia Mall

• Store hours:  11 AM to 7 PM, Sunday to Saturday

• Services: Payments, renewals, new activations, prepaid purchases and accessory purchases (for technical support and all other services, please visit our Harmon store)

• A maximum of 6 customers at a time are allowed in the store

• Customers must wear a face mask

Agana Shopping Center

• Store hours:

10 AM to 11 AM (Manamko’ hour) Sunday to Saturday

11 AM to 6 PM (Regular hours) Sunday to Saturday

• Services: Payments, renewals, new activations, prepaid purchases and accessory purchases (for technical support and all other services, please visit our Harmon store)

• A maximum of 3 customers at a time are allowed in the store

• Customers must wear a face mask

AAFES

• Store hours:  10 AM to 7 PM, Sunday to Saturday

• Services: Payments, renewals, new activations, prepaid purchases and accessory purchases (for technical support and all other services, please visit our Harmon store)

• A maximum of 5 customers at a time are allowed in the store

• Customers must wear a face mask

For additional convenience, IT&E bill payments can be made at the following Guam financial institutions: Bank of Guam, First Hawaiian Bank, Bank of Hawaii and BankPacific. 

IT&E CNMI’s store hours are as follows:

Chalan Laulau, Saipan

• Store hours:  7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

• A maximum of 10 customers at a time are allowed in the store

• Customers must wear a face mask

TSL Plaza, Saipan

• Store hours:  7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

• A maximum of 10 customers at a time are allowed in the store

• Customers must wear a face mask

Tinian

• Store hours:  8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday

• A maximum of 2 customers at a time are allowed in the store

• Customers must wear a face mask

Rota

• Store hours:  8 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday to Friday

• A maximum of 2 customers at a time are allowed in the store

• Customers must wear a face mask
