IT&E extends no data caps for Guam and CNMI postpaid subscribers to May 31

IT&E announced today its subscribers will continue to enjoy no data caps until May 31, 2020.

With no data caps until the end of the month, subscribers will be better able to keep in touch with loved ones, stay up to date with the latest news and announcements, continue to work and maintain their businesses from home and keep children educated and entertained.

“We understand that as a community we might be facing financial hardships in the coming months. To help alleviate these challenges, we at IT&E want to provide our subscribers with some relief. Now, more than ever, it’s important, for those of us who are able, to do what we can to help one another.”

Jim Oehlerking, CEO of IT&E

To help reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19, subscribers are encouraged to take advantage of a full range of IT&E services online at ite.net, including new phone and accessory purchases, bill pay and Live Chat with associates for assistance and inquiries.  Customers can also call the IT&E Customer Care Center at (670) 682-4483 [CNMI] / (671) 922-4483 [Guam] for assistance.

For those who prefer to visit, IT&E stores are open with additional health and safety measures in place, including mask requirements, social distancing measures, frequent sanitization of customer and employee areas and plexiglass shields installed at customer service counters. Employees are required to wash hands frequently and to stay home if feeling sick.

Customers that have symptoms such as cough, fever and shortness of breath will not be allowed to enter the store.

Updated store hours and safety measures can be found at the IT&E website and official social media pages.
