IT&E commends the Rigalu Foundation and all organizations involved on the completion of I Guma Mina’ase, Guam’s newest group foster home.
A virtual ribbon cutting was held on May 21, 2021, to commemorate the official opening of the facility, which is now operated by the Department of Public Health and Social Services.
“Supporting our island’s youth is an essential part of our commitment to the community, and we’re proud to support the Rigalu Foundation and their mission to build this facility from the ground up. We applaud their hard work and dedication. Since work on the project began in 2017, IT&E has donated a total of $12,500 to the Rigalu Foundation in support of the facility's construction and to provide furnishings to create a comfortable environment for foster children.
